Alex is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has worked in the mental health field for the past 8 years. Previously, he was the Program Manager at UCSF Langley Porter’s Partial Hospitalization Program, where he also worked as a staff therapist. Alex blends a Psychodynamic approach with Mindfulness-based practice, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) strategies. Alex’s areas of expertise include depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and LGBT clients. As a bilingual/bicultural Latino, he is sensitive to the needs of Latino clients and enjoys conducting therapy in Spanish. Alex has a B.A. in Latin American Studies from

Brooke is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers an integrated approach to psychotherapy drawing on Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Psychoanalytic, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Mindfulness-based orientations and practices. Her approach is nonjudgmental and supportive, helping clients improve self-awareness, develop insight, and learn new ways of coping with life stressors to facilitate healing and growth.
